• Councillor Yash Gupta MBE - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Gupta declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to Item 6 by virtue that he was a member of the Older People’s Parliament and he had a daughter with learning disabilities who may be affected by the proposals.
