To provide members with a progress report on the housing estate regeneration proposals and individual housing developments under the various programmes under the Government’s Local Growth Fund. The report will contain specific recommendations for approval to support the on-going regeneration of the Council’s housing estates and support a programme of housing development activity that has been approved and part funded by Central Government.
