0-5 HCP services transfer workstream will be managing the transition consisting of finance, legal, communications, Public Health, children’s commissioning, children’s centres and contracting representatives as well as provider leads for the services from North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT). The group meets monthly from April to October 2015.
