The monitoring report is required to be produced under section 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The Thurrock Authority Monitoring Report monitors the progress of the Local Plan and the extent to which the policies set out in Local Plan Documents are being achieved. Policy progress is reported by a series of indicators. Cabinet is asked to approve the Thurrock Authority Monitoring Report 2015 and to authorise that it be made available for publication.
