Approval is sought to waive the requirement for a competitive procurement and to award the contracts for these services in line with the decision of Cabinet on 9 March 2016 to enter into a Better Care Fund Section 75 Agreement with NHS Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group for 2016/17.
