Reverend Canon Darren Barlow - Non Pecuniary - Reverend Barlow declared a non-pecuniary interest in the general business of the meeting as his wife was a teacher at Thameside Primary School and he had children attending the Grays Convent School and Palmer’s College. He was also Vice-Chair of the William Palmer Trust
