Commissioning Report - Advocacy Services

To approve the proposed commissioning of Statutory Advocacy Services (Duty to provide an independence advocate for people judged as having substantial difficulty in being involved in decisions relating to their care and support). Cabinet are being asked to agree arrangements for Independent Mental Capacity Advocates (IMCAs), Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), and Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS).
