Following consideration to the objections received, in order not to cause an additional distress to residents living within the area, it is recommended that the PPA (area M) is not introduced at this time as the residents do not feel this would bring any benefit to the area. In order to prevent obstructive parking and to ensure good access and visibility throughout the area, it is recommended that “At Any Time” double yellow line waiting restrictions are introduced as proposed.
