Developing a New Residential Care Facility & New Model of Primary Care in South Ockendon

To agree to the construction of a new residential care facility on the White Acre/ Dilkes Wood sites in South Ockendon, to enable the Council to provide temporary and permanent residential care fit for the 21st century. In addition, to develop a plan in conjunction with NHS partners, for an integrated medical centre for South Ockendon on the adjacent health centre site.
