At 7.01pm, Councillor Gledhill announced that due to an urgent item requiring discussion he adjourned the meeting for 30 minutes.

 

At 7.31pm, the meeting reconvened.

 

At 7.32pm, Councillor Gledhill announced that as no decision had been made on the urgent item, he would be adjourning the meeting for a further 30 minutes.

 

At 8.05pm, the meeting reconvened.

 

At 8.09pm, Councillor Gledhill adjourned the meeting for a further 20 minutes and asked for General Service Committee members to join him for an informal briefing in the conservative office.

 

At 9.07pm, the meeting reconvened.
