Declarations of Interests Minutes: Councillor Halden declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he had been contacted by a potential candidate regarding the recruitment and declared that he remained of an open mind and did not affect his decisions during this meeting. All other committee members agreed with this view. |

Exclusion of the Press and Public Minutes: The Committee agreed to exclude press and public for the duration of the interviews. |
