To permit officers to commit up to an additional £185,104.94 against the contract reference PS/2015/907D on the basis that all additional commitments are to fund additional ‘out of scope’ improvements/works at Thameside Primary School, and I am satisfied that any monies committed have already been refunded to Thurrock Council by the St. Cleres Trust, and from the schools catering budget where out of scope kitchen improvements have been undertaken in conjunction with the capital works. The expansion of the Thameside Primary Academy is a part of the 2015/16 Schools Capital Programme.
